About NextHome
What is NextHome?
NextHome US Inc. builds intelligent, sustainable and modular homes. Through our family of companies — NextHome Factory Utah Inc., NextHome Factory Georgia Inc., NextHome Architecture Inc. and NextHome Development Inc. — we cover the path from architecture and design to factory production and development.
Where are your factories?
Our factory in Utah (800,000 square feet) is planned to open in the second half of 2026. Our factory in Georgia (over 1,000,000 square feet) is planned to open in 2027. Learn more on the Factory Utah and Factory Georgia pages.
Can I buy a NextHome or partner with you?
Yes — homeowners, homebuilders, developers and partners are welcome to get in touch. Tell us about your project and location, and our team will follow up.
Do you have job openings?
Our factories are expected to create thousands of jobs as they open. Use the contact form and choose “Careers at our factories”.
Virtual tours
How do I view a 360° tour?
Open the NextHome VR page or a tour such as US 01 102. Drag (or move your phone) to look around, use the arrows to move between rooms, and tap the full-screen or VR button for a headset view.
The tour does not load — what can I do?
Tours are provided by our partner Kuula. Visitors in the EU, UK and Switzerland first need to allow the tour in the cookie notice (you can change this any time under Cookie settings in the footer). Also check that your browser is up to date. You can see the current state of our services on the Status page.

No. Our website sets no cookies and uses no advertising or analytics trackers. Only the embedded 360° tours from Kuula may use cookies, and in the EU, UK and Switzerland they load only after you allow them. Details are in our Privacy & Cookie Policy.
How do I access or delete my data?
Email info@next-home.pro with your request. We will confirm your identity and respond within the time required by law.
