These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to your use of the website at next-home.me and its pages (the “Website”), operated by NextHome US Inc. together with its subsidiaries (“NextHome”, “we”, “us”). By using the Website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

The Website provides general information about NextHome, our homes, factories, technologies and projects. Nothing on the Website is an offer to sell, a binding quotation, or an offer of securities. Any purchase, partnership, employment or investment is subject to separate written agreements.
2. Images, renderings and specifications
Many images on the Website are architectural visualizations or renderings. Designs, materials, dimensions, features, availability and prices shown or described are illustrative and may change without notice. Actual homes may differ from images.

The Website and its content — including text, images, renderings, videos, 360° tours, logos and the NextHome name — are owned by NextHome or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You agree not to misuse the Website — for example by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, scraping it at scale, sending spam through our forms, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

The Website may embed or link to services we do not control, such as 360° tours hosted by Kuula. Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which NextHome US Inc. is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence are not affected.
